Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you can withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving reasons. The contracting party is the respective merchant.

Withdrawal notice
Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the merchant of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, the merchant must reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the merchant is informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day the goods are sent back. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the merchant states otherwise. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
- Goods made to the customer's specifications.
- Perishable goods or goods with a short expiry date.
- Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed.
Withdrawal in your customer account (from 19 June 2026)
Under § 356a German Civil Code (BGB), we also provide a withdrawal button: in your account under "My Orders," you will find a "Withdraw from contract" button for each order. The form is pre-filled with the order number, date and your address details. After submission, you will receive a time-stamped confirmation by email and in your account.
