Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions are divided into two parts: terms of use for merchants on the platform and purchase terms for consumers.
Last updated: January 1, 2026
Part A — Platform terms of use for merchants
1. Scope and role of the platform
Navmeda GmbH ("Navmeda") operates an online marketplace on which commercial merchants and providers publish their own listings. Navmeda does not become a party to the purchase or service contracts concluded via the marketplace.
These terms of use apply to all merchants who list offers on Navmeda.
2. Registration and merchant verification (KYBC)
Before activation, merchants must provide complete information under Art. 30 DSA: company name or first and last name, address, phone number, email address, register entry and, where applicable, VAT identification number as well as bank details for payouts.
Navmeda checks this information on a spot-check basis and with the help of public registers. Listings are only published after successful verification; the verification status is visible in the merchant dashboard. In the case of incorrect information, Navmeda may block listings.
3. Obligations for listings (GPSR, Price Indication Ordinance (PAngV))
Merchants are required to provide, for every product, manufacturer details (name, address, email), where applicable the person responsible in the EU, at least one meaningful product image, type or model number, warning notices, and price information including VAT and, for bulk goods, the unit price.
Category-specific information (fiber composition for textiles, CE marking and disposal notices for electrical appliances, ingredients and allergens for food) is mandatory. Publication is technically not possible without this information.
4. Reporting procedures and measures (Art. 16, 17 DSA)
Anyone can report illegal content or unsafe products via the reporting form or by email to dsa@navmeda.de. Navmeda confirms receipt, decides promptly and provides reasons for measures taken against the merchant concerned.
Decisions may be challenged via the internal complaint-handling procedure as well as out-of-court dispute settlement under Art. 21 DSA.
5. Commission, term, termination
Navmeda charges a commission per referred sale in accordance with the applicable price list. The contract runs for an indefinite period and may be terminated by either party with 30 days' notice to the end of the month.
Part B — Purchase terms for customers
1. Contracting party
The purchase contract is concluded exclusively between you and the merchant named under "Sold by" on the product page. That merchant's full provider details are available on the product and merchant page.
2. Conclusion of contract
The display of products does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking the "Buy and place order with payment obligation" button, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon acceptance or delivery.
3. Prices and shipping costs
All prices include statutory VAT. For bulk goods, the unit price is also shown. Shipping costs are shown separately before the order is placed.
4. Payment and delivery
The payment methods and delivery times shown during the ordering process apply. For pickup offers, handover takes place at the specified pickup location.
5. Warranty and guarantee
The statutory two-year liability for defects from receipt of goods applies. Voluntary manufacturer guarantees are indicated on the product page with duration and conditions and do not limit statutory rights.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details and the model withdrawal form can be found in the withdrawal notice. From 19 June 2026, you can also declare withdrawal via the "Withdraw from contract" button in your account.
7. Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: europa.eu/consumers/odr. You can direct complaints about marketplace decisions to dsa@navmeda.de in the first instance.
